Happy Holidays!

I haven't posted in my blog for quite a while now because I've been busy with school.

I've also been sketching a lot and I am improving so props to me :)

Well, I just wanted to greet everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa and A Happy New Year!

I had such a good day today. My family opened up presents this morning and it was so much fun. I love giving gifts because it makes me feel good and I love seeing everyone's happy faces.. Especially my lil' sis who is extremely spoiled.

After opening presents, we went to church to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. :)

The Roof on Wilshire

It was my best friend's 19th birthday yesterday and we celebrated her birthday at The Roof on Wilshire.

The place was on the rooftop of The Hotel on Wilshire. We all had such a nice time talking, taking pictures, eating and having fun. 

The food was really delicious and the ambiance of the place was great.

The roof on wilshire is a really nice place to have brunch, lunch, and dinner. The ambiance is nice and the view of LA is great! I highly recommend this restaurant for dates (wink), group lunch, and dinner. I still have yet to try their brunch menu. 

I ordered a medium strip steak with roasted eggplants and au jus sauce. It was heaven in my mouth.

Everything about this restaurant is amazing. It is really small but it's lovely. 

Every time my friends and I go out to dinner, we dress up. 

Since it was raining, i decided to wear a crop top turtle neck and wide leg pants. This combo is so fab!

It's so chic and so perfect for a dinner.

Happy Sunday, Everyone! Anyways, I haven't been updating my blog because I have been busy with school and my sketches. I am improving day by day which is good. (I will make another post about it.)

I wore flared pants today with a loose white top & vest. As much as possible, I try and wear all the clothes in my closet because I don't want them to go to waste!!! For me, flared pants are never out of style. You just have to work with it & style it up!

My first ever fashion sketch

Hi everyone! Today I was looking at Hayden Williams fashion illustrations and it is really amazing and that inspired me to try and sketch a design. I looked around the internet and tried to learn and my first sketch came out pretty well.

I was surprised to see that I could actually do it. I am very pleased with it. I have a lot more stuff to improve on and learn and I can't wait!

My family and I decided to go out to lunch at L.A. We went to Uncle John's cafe for lunch (really awesome spicy porkchops!) and decided to go Bottega Louie to get some dessert. I am in loveeeeeeeeeee!

Going out with my parents is always fun because I love eating out at restaurants and I get to talk to them and just enjoy each others company. Not only that but it also means that I get to dress up! Who doesn't like to dress up right?

I have been obsessed with TheFancy.com ever since I downloaded their app on my phone. The Fancy is basically a shopping website that has very interesting items such as tissue box holder, wine glasses, dresses, sunglasses, etc. (basically a huge online store with everything you want from home appliance to designer shoes!) How amazing is that? This is where you can find unique items that you will absolutely enjoy!

Not only do they sell these amazingly, unique items; They also tell you where you can go for vacation. Do you wanna go to Paris, Fiji, Bora Bora? You can book your vacation through fancy!

Especially with round sunglasses. I think it's so chic and it's a perfect way to cover your eyes if you don't have make up on and you are in a rush.
